Activities and interests

Over the course of my life I've participated in various activities that have, for various reasons, gone by the wayside: rock climbing, guitar playing, running, and martial arts. On the other hand there are activities that I've enjoyed for my entire life: shooting, SCUBA diving, exercising (resistance as well as cardiovascular) and reading.

Concurrent to the launch of this website in 2004 I discovered how much I enjoy, photography, and 2009 marked another milestone; a visit to Scotland, the land of my ancestors and a childhood pen-pal. Finally, the great underpinning, foundation if you will, of all that I am or ever hope to be is my faith.
